I bought this compressor because I was reclaiming a wood floor from 100-year-old house with no power. I was mainly using it for a pneumatic nail punch and it worked fantastic. It did take my whole army of five and eight amp hour batteries which I have a few but it shot those nails out of the boards with no problems. They really did a fantastic job of keeping this into a very small compact unit. I wish my whisper quiet 110 volt compressor was this compact. I'm very happy and satisfied that I bought it I'm sure you will be too

Very compact and contrary to what many say, very quiet for a jobsite unit. The tubular cage is flimsy. My unit is defective. When it hits the rated pressure, the motor keeps running and the unit hisses. I have to go back to the unit , turn it off and back on. EVERY time. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you need a limited amount of air, this is for you. Works best for air nailers, topping off tires. If this pump runs continuously it will go through a battery cycle quickly so have a spare or 2 on hand.

This thing is pretty good. Kind of expensive, but saves a lot of effort because of its portability. I like the roll cage around it and how tiny it is. It is also not crazy loud. My one criticism is that it seems to slowly drain batteries if you leave them plugged in which my other tools do not do. I have not looked into why or how it does that but I have had to start taking batteries out when it is not in use. Worthy of note, the refill pressure is set at 100psi and considering regulator drop I wouldn’t use this for the rare tools that need to run over 90psi. I wouldn’t nail off a framing job with this thing but it can run my small palm nailer and could run bigger guns than advertised for a couple nails here or there. I have definitely used the small palm nailer to set the odd nail in a tight spot if the gun didn’t sink them.

Remodeling contractor here of 20 years who’s owned and used dozens of compressors and this unit is pretty great. It’s quiet enough, powerful enough for trim and punchlist work, pretty darn light and it’s very compact. It runs on all my MV batteries and I can’t find anything I don’t like about it. It’s affordable too!Follow up. Tool seems to have a parasitic drain on batteries whilst in the off position. Other reviewers noted this too so it seems the control system runs despite the switch being off.Small issue and I’m still impressed with the tool.

I bought this because I have tons of metabo batteries and portable airbrush compressors that don't suck cost way more, get significantly hotter, and are louder. I have used it for all kinds of stuff: airing tires, trim work, blowing drains, blowing pull string, airbrushing, air jack, drive up camping stapling crown, test pneumatic cylinders at an auction, and I'm sure other stuff. I recently doubled the tank size by adding a second tank from a donor harbor freight 1 gallon compressor I could not stand listening to. It made it a little heavier, runs a little hotter, but a lot less frequently, but it still runs true pressure and is a solid tool in the kit. I would buy this again in a second.
