poor quality and too low to the ground . far more expensive than necessary. will be selling and taking a huge loss because i missed the window to return this junk

This bed arrived in two large boxes with styrofoam fragments all over the inside. Despite this, there were multiple scratches and dings on the 'side tables' which I had to fix with matching marker. Worse, there was a missing part (#4 per the booklet) so quality control failed. My husband is very handy and was able to fashion a replacement but it was a support for the slats that was missing! It took him TEN HOURS to assemble this bed which was seemingly in too many parts. Surely some of these could have been pre assembled at the source? You get what you pay for, I suppose; but to have a critical missing piece was most depressing after putting almost 90% of the bed together.
