Light weight and have plenty of holes for drainage. Fairly easy to install. I made a plywood template to use on the house to mark and drill the holes because we had 12 to install and more than one size. The template worked great and made installation very easy. You will want to get some spacers if you have uneven wall surfaces. For the manufacturer, make that indentations on the back for the brackets wider so the boxes can be adjusted to center under windows because brackets may have limitations as to where they can be attached and the box can still be adjusted as needed.

We bought TWO of these flower boxes and both had the same flaws and poorly finished edges. I imagine if two are like this then there must be a bunch more with the same issues. If the flowers grow over the lip they may cover this but for the cost you are expecting a well-finished product. Very disappointed.

I tried to buy multiple. They all came with significant scratches in the front or had manufacturing defects at the edges that were most noticeable in the front.

We ordered these window boxes to add a splash of color to the front of our home while blending with the color palate of our exterior. These boxes fit the bill. So many of the other boxes are just that - boxy, while these have nice curves and a maintenance-free design. If you're looking for something other than the "same old" look, opt for these boxes.

I was very impressed with the window boxes. Very attractive and well made. I was hesitant to purchase without seeing and inspecting them up close first but was not in the least disappointed. I ended up returning them only because I decided not to add window boxes on my front windows. But I would reorder these if I decided later to use any.
