Although marketed as ultra-slim, this MagSafe-compatible battery is a bit thicker than expected—especially when compared to some of the ultra-thin alternatives on the market. Still, it makes up for that with a thoughtful design feature: the circular contact area that attaches to the phone is slightly raised, which may help dissipate heat more efficiently. That’s crucial, considering how often wireless charging is disrupted by overheating. The build quality feels excellent, with a premium texture and finish that suggest reliability. One standout feature is its ability to charge both the phone and the battery simultaneously—a seemingly small but highly practical detail that adds a lot of convenience.Overall, I’m optimistic about this one. With Lightning products slowly fading away, it's nice to see accessories that are well-designed and forward-thinking.

Very slim charging bank that looks and feels like a premium device. Charges easily with very readable LED indicators to show how much juice is left. Magnet holds well to the back of the phone, especially with a thin rubber or silicon case. But functionality wise there is one drawback, the wireless charging doesn't work.As you can see in the pic I am using the iPhone 16 (Pro Max Version). First I thought it was the case causing the problem, so I removed it. Next I turned off any and everything in the battery menu that could interfere. The battery is at 56% so that shouldn't matter, but I wanted to eliminate any possibilities. So with the pack fully charged, and connected directly to the phone without a case, there is no wireless charge.Really disappointed as this looks and feels like a really nice battery bank. Not a total loss since the bank still charges the phone via USB-C port. But the reason I got it was primarily for the wireless charging compatibility with the iPhone 16 series. At this price range it would have been a good value if the wireless charging worked, but for a wired charger it is a bit much at this capacity.

In the listing, it says that it works on iPhone, but didn't mention Android. I can confirm that it works on my Samsung S24 ultra with a magnetic case. It won't charge my phone up all the way, but it is good in a pinch and gets it about 80% of the way there. I keep it charged and throw it in my purse; it is so nice to have a backup when I'm out and about. It doesn't add much bulk or weight to my phone, so I can easily use it when the charger is connected. It feels like it is very high quality. One other thing that I like is that I can charge my phone while the charger is charging (my other power bank, which is by an expensive brand name, does not let me do that). For just under forty dollars at the time of this review, I think this is a great value and I would recommend it without reservation!

I grabbed this Magnetic Slim Portable Charger on a caffeine-deprived Tuesday and within seconds my iPhone 16 Pro Max went from shuttered drudge to roar-ready beast. At 5000 mAh, it’s no bulk-haul brick—it’s a pocket missile that snaps onto your phone like a barnacle on a rogue wave.Wild & Wooly Highlights:PD 22.5 W Fast Charge: I watched my battery vault from 10 percent to 60 percent in the time it takes to sequence three cursed emails—no more begging walls for mercy.Wireless Magnetism: The magnetic back latch feels like a clandestine pact: “I’ve got your back,” it whispers, as it refuses to let go—even through subway jolts and rogue toddler tugs.Ultra-Slim Profile: Thinner than my impulse-buy regrets, it slips into skinny jeans or a cluttered jacket pocket without kicking up a fuss.USB-C Pass-Through: Plug in your headphones or charger, and it coexists peacefully—no more cable orgies.Sure, the charging pad gets a little toasty—like a barnstormer’s helmet in a mid-summer gale—but that’s just the war-horse purring under the hood. If you’ve ever found yourself stranded at 2 percent, watching your life fade in slow motion, this charger is your electric cavalry. Strap it on, snap it tight, and let the juice flow.

Im used to sticking with branded magsafe accessories, including power banks, so I was a bit cautious trying this magnetic slim portable charger. Honestly, Im impressed. Its definitely slimmer than my usual 10000mah power bank, which makes it way easier to carry around. At 5000mah, it’s probably good for about a full charge and a half for my 15 pro max, perfect for a day out. So far, no overheating issues either, which is always a concern with wireless charging. Overall, pretty happy with this little backup!

I have the Iphone 12 pro max. This battery uses mag safe to attach to the back of the phone. I have a case on mine and the magnet is strong enough to hold to the phone. I'm not worried about it falling off. This battery is great for traveling with. If you are someone who needs to make sure you have a way to keep the phone from dying and might not have a power outlet near by this will work great for you.
