Terrible fit. Shop had to cut and rotate flanges. I expected a much better product from Magnaflow. Cats do work, they just don’t fit out of the box.

Looks like it was well made. Everything lined up and bolted right on, but it is wider than the factory down pipe making it sit about 1 inch away from the upper control arm. I’m probably going to have to get it modified to get it further way from the suspension.

This was a perfect fit replacement for my TJ, the steel was nice and thick, had a good clean shiny appearance to it and the flanges lined up almost perfectly to the manifold. (I bought and installed an aftermarket manifold from eBay, I have no desire to replace that assembly again but it is an interference design and definitely works!) The piping appeared to be slightly larger and more uniform than the OEM piping. After installation the cats produced a nice clean exhaust and slightly discolored over the last week from the heat but that is perfectly normal. My previous owner had gutted the old cats in an attempt at getting more power, all it did was make me sick from the gas smell and robbed my mileage to below 10mpg, now I have no more smell and the mileage is back to a more respectable mid-teens, much smoother running engine now and I can feel the difference a properly configured exhaust can make.
