The application is straight into the engine block - no upper tube necessary. The dipstick seals at bottom of the handle with double O-rings. The Billet aluminum handle has been designed to coordinate with the Lokar Flexible Transmission Dipstick.

Spend good money on the build and when I got the motor all together just to find out the dip stick is broken now I have to drain oil to replace I am not happy and motor is in the car
