This is the second webcam (this model) I purchased from Logitech. Both have been great. I am a work at home software trainer and I use my camera every single day. The speakers on the camera are also excellent. It is amazingly easy to install and with the handle it is very versatile.

It gave me what I was expecting for a reasonable price, and it integrated with what I already had set up for my old camera.

I was highly anticipating the arrival of the video camera and it did not disappoint. The image quality is the best I’ve seen. Auto focus works like a charm and totally worth the price. Highly recommend purchasing this product. You won’t be disappointed!

We have these on all of our computers in the office and we purchased a new one for the new employee. Everything about it seems to be the same as the other 12 we bought in the past except the newest one did not come with a lens cover, which I found odd. Silly perhaps, but I like the fact that I can slide the lens cover over the camera eye when I'm not using it.

I was worried after reading a review that a customer suspected this camera was a knockoff. I can confirm it is a legit logitech brand and it IS on their webside under the name "1080p Pro Stream". It has the new "Logi" which is from Logitech. "Logitech is ready for a major brand change, announcing a new label called Logi and a new logo with bold colors." -techtimes.com.I was able to plug and play on a macbook. I had go to the logitech support site and find the "Logi Capture" software available from the 1080p Pro Stream support page. From there I set the "Priority" setting to "exposure" rather than frame rate and I got a much brighter picture.I did an A/B comparison with my built-in FaceTime HD camera and the Logi has WAY better clarity, exposure, and versatility. It doesn't look as great as a DSLR with a webcam utility, but my DSLR overheats after 30 minute and has to shut off and turn back on and it's unprofessional in meetings. So this is the next best thing!

So, I set this camera up and I'm extremely pleased with plugged it in and it automatically connected. I downloaded the Logitech G Hub and it automatically recognized it. I'm pleased with the camera and I'll buy more Logitech equipment. I also purchased the K740 Keyboard that came with the logi mouse and paid $35 for the pair. This was a good deal and I'm very pleased as stated. I really don't know why some people are saying other things about this camera. One cool thing is that it lights up blue around the camera when it's on.

I am very happy with my new video camera. I have a 2018 iMac and I feel the image quality is much better.

It's nice, video feed doesn't look very 1080p. I have my home office in a room with no windows and poor lighting even with the lamps on so maybe that's why the vid quality doesn't seem 1080p. Anyway, im not a youtube streamer so for what I am using this camera for it's more then fine.

I just received this. I haven't used it much yet and there are already many other detailed product reviews. I wish to inform buyers of two issues I noticed right away.1) The cord is SHORT SHORT SHORT. I own the much cheaper Logitech C615 webcam, which ships with a cord about a foot and a half longer than the cord on this unit. The only way I can actually use this cam is with a USB extension; and since USB extensions don't work very well with webcam unless they're powered, I have to use this unit with a $13 powered USB extension. If you are planning on using this camera more than a few feet away from your computer, you will need to buy a powered USB extension.2) The C615 can be aimed up or down. If you are for example doing a presentation where you need to point the camera up at your face and then perhaps down at the floor, this camera DOES NOT DO THAT. The only way to get a full range of vertical motion with this camera is to mount it on a tripod that allows vertical motion. That's another $23 to $60 on Amazon for a tripod. So if you have a C615 and you want to "upgrade" your webcam, be aware that the C615 has a longer cord and a full range of vertical motion; and the 1080p Pro Stream does not. You have to spend an extra $13 for a powered USB extension and another $23-$60 or so for a tripod that tilts up and down.3) As others have noted, this webcam does not swivel, whereas the C615 does.4) The C615 folds up when not in use, protecting the lens. This unit folds up when not in use, leaving the lens exposed. So you need to buy an extra lens cover.Very poor product design in my opinion. Of course I'm sure it's a perfectly fine webcam, but it's hard to understand why Logitech downgraded the cable length and the vertical tilt of this supposedly better webcam. Most users will not encounter these problems if they have the cam close to the computer and don't need full vertical tilt. But if you do need these features and/or you are accustomed to the convenience of the C615, you will need to adapt and/or buy some additional gear. And if you want to protect your lens, you'll need to buy a lens cover.
