Good product, except quality of materials. It does indeed keep sheets in place, even for my very deep cal-king mattress with topper. However, when securing sheets a second time (about 2 weeks after receiving it), one of the strips broke, and cracks are visible in another. Needless to say, this does not bode well for the lifetime of the product. So I cannot recommend it.
