Should have came with some type of sticky tape so it wouldn' tslide off so wasy. Other wise not bad for the price

The picture of Chair shows a big fat chair. My chair does not even look that fat. But the strap is not long enough to put on. Also it feels very slippery to put the material on the leather chair. It doesn't have much weight and doesn't stay at all. At least for my chair, it is ugly and unfit.The customer service does seem to care about the quality of products. Initially I thought I saw a stain on the item and didn't like it anyway so I claimed the stain for return reason. I got an email asking for a picture with sincere apology of inconvenience. So they do stand behind their products.

Excellent product..I ordered 2..One was for the rocking chair and the other for my recliner..Both fit well by folding the two side arm flaps under and lighting stitching in a few spots to hold in place..Much cheaper that ordering special covers for them..Very well pleased
