These are quite strong. They can hold lots of weight.The biggest issue is that the springs holding them in place are substantial. There's no latch or other sort of mechanism to loosen them. So, you need to use quite a lot of force to install and remove them from DIN rails.The result of this is that you can only use these on devices that are strong and solidly attached.

These clips hold EXTREMELY tightly to DIN rails.If you need to be able to slide or remove them, I highly recommend bending the tension bar (silver paper-clip looking part) upwards to relieve some of the clamping force. I ended up doing so with a short segment of rail, testing the fit before committing to clipping any to mounted rails. There aren't any pull tabs or lever points on the clips for removal, so you may need to slide them off the end of a rail to remove them.Besides that possibly excessive grip strength, these are extremely solid mounting clips. The black coating is wear resistant, and I haven't made any visible scratches in my testing so far. They arrived individually packed, and I found no defects or deviations in the 10 I received.While the listing uses imperial measures, the clips appear to be metric. They measure 43mm in width and the two countersunk holes for M3 bolts are spaced 20mm apart, center to center. All dimensions deviated less than 0.5mm in the 10 I received.I've confirmed that they clip and hold well on both aluminum (extruded) and steel (folded) 35mm DIN rails. To be more specific, they fit Top Hat Section Rail IEC/EN 60715 - 35-7.5 and 35-15.If you're looking to mount larger or heavy items to DIN rails semi-permanently, these are probably the best clips I've tried so far. They work well for less permanent connections once the spring bar is bent back a bit, but be careful if you need to be able to remove them without sliding.
