I throughly enjoyed this reflector until the third time, I was putting it away and the inside snapped! So now it can’t fold up anymore and looks ragged. I’m out of the return window but I would love to have a second chance with this product.

This reflector works great...until it doesn't. The metal frame is poking through the binding, so the reflector now flips up at the end and cannot be folded. Customer Service at the company appears to be non existent. If you don't mind trashing this after a year or so, then it's a clever device, and works well for a bit.

These are really useful, and are easy enough to hold in one hand. Good reputable brand. More expensive than others, but lasts well. My old on was over 15 years old, and only replaced cos i tend to 'abuse' them!! With care, and looked afterwould prob last a lifetime!!

I like that this reflector is able to be used on my own. I did not bring assistance along on my photo shoots typically but I like to be able to use reflector in certain situations. This allows me to hold onto the reflector and shoot with my other hand

I love reflecting but I hate most reflectors because they are not very strong and just flap around in the wind. This seems to be made better and a little bit more solid in construction. The handle is a nice addition and certainly makes it feel like you have more control over the reflector.

I haven't used this reflector terribly much, but when I use it, it's very nice. It reflects in your chosen fashion. Also, it's a great tool for blinding people. You should probably watch out for that. Limit usage near airports and roadways. It can also nicely double as a handheld fan, but is not as effective as the 48" models. Much more portable though.

I ordered this for a wedding shoot I was going to be doing mid summer at noon. I figured there would be shadows in abundance, so I looked into this on the recommendation of my sister, who is also a photographer. I was not disappointed. This size worked great for couples, although it isn't great to work with in windy conditions - catches a lot of wind. The ability to hold and shoot was great. It is a little tricky folding it down the first few times because of the odd shape, and my only real complaint is that it is a VERY tight fit into the zipper pouch. If you don't get it folded just right, you don't get it zipped in. Great quality, I loved using the white side for the light, it was a soft light and didn't show reflections in the glasses of my customer. This size is very versatile, while the smaller and larger sizes might be great to have eventually, this was perfect for my needs. I would buy it again, and down the road I might consider getting the other sizes as business requires!

I happened upon this reflector because I saw another photographer using one and thought it was a smart design. I shoot most stuff by myself and figured I would benefit from the ability to use it one handed. I haven't used this nearly as much as I thought I would..but it's nice to have along just in case. I probably would just buy an inexpensive one if I had to do it again...but that's only because of how infrequently I actually use this one for how much it costs.

I now have two of these TriGrip reflectors. They work great and I can prop it against my leg if I don't have anyone to hold it.
