I purchased this a while back but didn’t open it for a while. Once I did open it there was a bucket and the mopping pads but NO mop. The pads are extremely wide and I bought it for baseboards. Now I have a bucket and pads (can’t use) and no mop. I should have opened it sooner.. 😞

If you dont like to touch the mop head, this is not the mop for you. You have to push up or down to get the mop head out of the squeezer. I will be going back to the spin mop. The handles are weak and water spills everywhere when you need to pick up the bucket to move it. I think it cleans okay but the bucket spills the water & dirt back on the floor when you pick it up. The bucket needs a better design and weighed so it balances itself out. I was disappointed.
