I needed to offset my overhead rig, which I used with my Canon EOS R as my webcam, to add my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 as a secondary webcam. This double stud just gave me the clearance I needed.It is made by Kupo, so you know it is extremely well-made.There are thousands of uses for this adapter, so if in doubt, just buy one. It is handy to have in your studio because you never know when you're going to need one, and it is inexpensive enough to buy.

It gets the job done. be wary of lights that seeks for a narrow head over these that has a full cylindrical head.
