Absolute blast to ride, had a lot of fun with it. Had a small throttle cable issue that was easily solved once I realized how to adjust it, but other than that it's been great. The manual has some translation issues.

Go to the Kootu website and check out the safety key it says it’s secure and user friendly. Bought the board from the website brand new and the first time I tried it the safety key didn’t work the board took off into the lake. Had a long swim back to shore and the board disappeared. Contacted the company and they said not to worry they will help me come up with a solution, later they tell me it was my fault and I can buy a new one for 2350$.I have law enforcement and other witnesses that saw what happened and no it wasn’t my fault it was there safety key. Supposed to shut off the board but it didn’t. I have pictures of the wristband. They have people on their Facebook and instagram that are going crazy and have no problems but I use it and it’s improper handling and usage is there exact words. I was going slow laying down getting use to using it, fell off and it took off into one of the biggest lakes. The board was nice ran great to for the few minutes I had it. Most expensive few minutes I ever had. Read the website and warranty before you buy and know this is how it happened to me.
