Count Down
- Rotate the knob to set the time you need.
- Turn clockwise to increase, and turn counterclockwise to decrease. (5S/Unit)
- press the button on the screen to start/stop the countdown.
Count Up
When the number on the screen is 00:00, then press the button to star/stop counting, just like stopwatch.
Reset
After completing your count, long press the (3 seconds) button to reset the time.
Wake Up Display
- When counting, and there is no other operation, the screen will darken after 5 seconds.
- If you want to wake up the screen, just rotate the knob softly to wake up the screen.
- tips: please do not press the button, otherwise, it will stop count time.

This is a good timer that I use in my kitchen for cooking. Everything works as expected, the timer consumes less battery. The only complain I have is that is that it does not have a low battery indicator and when you rotate the dial, you have to be careful as it is hard to reduce the seconds.

This timer is simple, reliable, and easy to use. The magnetic back sticks firmly to the fridge or whiteboard, making it perfect for the kitchen or classroom. The display is clear, buttons are responsive, and the alarm is loud enough to hear but not too harsh. I use it to time my ice baths! Great buy!

Works great when attached to fridge via the magnet. Unfortunately when on the counter via the grippy feet it slides when spinning to set the timer. I had hoped to keep on counter but grip isn’t enough for that — thus reducing the times I actual end up using it.

I bought this and another version from a different company that came with a white ring, which was more expensive (+50%). This one is far better. It has a clearer screen, better display, dial rotates more smoothly, and it has a little orange light that flashes when the timer is actively counting. I would definitely buy this one again over other options.
