works great. sticks well to inside of kitchen cabinet inside wood door as a hidden but very assessible conversion reference in 2 ways. Backing is clear.I highly recommend.

I had a much bigger version of this decal that I had on my kitchen wall and used all the time, but I tiled over it and needed another. I thought this was the same one I'd had, so I was a little disappointed when it arrived until I realized it fit perfectly on one of my kitchen cabinet doors.Unlike the bigger decal where each piece was separate and took forever to align and install, these are in a sheet, so that was nice. On the downside, it's shiny and doesn't look as nice, but I put it on a door that is only visible from the stove, so that's okay.I do wish I'd cut off the black header that says Cooking Conversions because, well duh. If someone can't look at it and figure out what is is without a title, they shouldn't be cooking.I also didn't use the decals that just have the measurements: 1 Cup, 1/2 Cup. 1/3 Cup and so on. Not even sure why they're present.I wish I'd cut the black header off before

Ive seen these on pinterest and took my time buying a set. Im glad I did! I love that these stick nicely and are easy to remove and reposition without destroying your cabinet or the decal. Ive found my teenager using it while cooking. Winter for Mom!
