These protective pads are excellent for active kids! They provide great support and protection for knees and elbows during sports. The compression fit is snug without being uncomfortable, and the included wristbands are a nice touch. Perfect for young athletes!

This is a great sleeved elbow pad set. The advantage is that the sleeve helps keep the elbow pad in place verses the smaller ones. The cost for the set it way better and and can be used as one or two and for multiple sports. Good quality material too. Great buy.

I got these for my son since he's learning how to ride a bike and they have the full sleeve instead of just the elbow pad. The good news is the fit him. He's taller than average for his age but these work.

If you are looking for a hard (uncomfortable) plastic type elbow pad that will take repeated falls with no damage aside from scratches...this is not what you want. However if you or your rider/skater are more experienced and you would like something that's comfortable to wear for a long ride, looks stylish and provides protection in case you go down, this is it.The sleeves are comfortable stretch nylon, and the padding is flexible silicone rubber like. There are rubber beads around the end to keep the sleeve from not slipping down on you. (See first pic) Nice touch. I'm not going to sugar coat it, if you go down this thing is going to take damage...but that's the whole point, you sacrifice the pad instead of your skin.Over all, it's nice, comfortable protection for the occasional wipe out. I wouldn't put this on a beginner, just a heads up.This is my humble, honest, review. I only select items that I and/or my family can use. This is to experience the item and give a review that is thorough and proper...not just to "get stuff". I trust this product for my daughter.

Not sure how much road rash the sleeves will protect against, though they are comfortable and hold the elbow pads in place well. They are lightweight, and the included sweat bands are a nice addition.
