The appearance of the case is nice; however, the magnets that should hold the keyboard to the case are very weak. There is a picture that appears to have someone holding the case in a hanging position and the keyboard staying in place. There is no way it would stay. The slightest bump and it moves even when laying flat. I also don't like that there is nothing to protect the screen from the keyboard when it is closed. The purpose of the case is to protect the iPad, yet the keyboard has nothing covering the keys that rest directly on the screen. Bottom line - I don't think this will protect the iPad and I am afraid the keyboard will just fall out of the case when carrying it, even when closed.
