I wanted more of a spotlight to highlight certain areas of my room, nope. Basically a good light. Remote works well, color shifts as designed and good dimmer. They didn’t provide a wall mount for remote, this will be a problem as it’ll get lost. Light easy to install. Huge problem with directions, nowhere does it tell you that you have to pair with remote or it doesn’t work. Very easy to pair, they just don’t tell you that you have to. We almost returned light until we googled it. Turn everything off, then turn light on, hold power button on remote until light flashes, then let go. Everything should work fine.

Manuel don't tell how to make em work but if you check the controllers model it does say how to make it work . 1 close lights fir 10 seconds. Then open it and within 5 seconds press the ON key of the controller , the lights should sink and dim to appear it is working

Light is attractive and puts out a good intensity of light. While the light did come with bulbs and a remote the instructions were restricted to how to connect the light to power source and a diagram showing the function of each button on the included remote. There were no instructions to tell one how to sync light to the remote. As a result I cannot dim the light nor can I change the hue.I posed the question as to how to sync remote and one of the responses was from the manufacturer instructing me to read the directions which, as stated above, were not included in the box. they further requested me to contact them with a video of what I was doing to connect but they provided no means of contacting them. Bottom line the customer service appears to be non existent.I am happy with the looks and the increased brightness the light provides to the foyer where installed so for that reason I am keeping the fixture. The only other complaint I have is that the method of securing the light to the ceiling makes it difficult to install. Hopefully manufacturer will see my review and either provide me with instructions to connect remote to bulbs provided or at least provide me contact information.Manufacturer responded to my complaint that I could not get lights to respond and provided me with the simple instructions to sync the remote with the lights and they are now working fine allowing me to change temperature and brightness. I am now happy with my purchase and only reason I did not give the lights 5 stars is because instructions to sync should have been included with the product which I assume is normally done just overlooked with my particular light. In case others have same problem you simply turn on lights hold down the power button, turn off the lights for approximately 5 seconds then turn lights back on. They will come on the flash off then back on then lights respond to the remote commands.
