Delivery was quick and it was packaged REALLY well! It arrived safely. I love this thing! I got it to use just as a Bluetooth speaker, I have never used the karaoke part so I won’t be able to comment on that aspect. My review is just for using it for listening to music.It is heavy, but I don’t see that as a bad thing… I wouldn’t call it heavy, I’d call it Substantial! The sound is great, plenty of bass and depth with good tone. It connected easily to my iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad Mini 2nd gen and 12.9 iPad Pro 6th gen.The battery is lasting real well. Since I’m not looking to Karaoke, I immediately turn off all the lights (they come on every time you power it on), and I’m sure it helps battery life to have them off. It stays connected to my devices, I just turn on the device and turn on the speaker and it’s ready to go.This thing can get REALLY loud! So, when I feel like jamming I grab this speaker! It makes me feel like dancing, so I guess it’s doing it’s job.I have had no problems. It does take around 4-5 hours to fully charge after it dies… so that is probably it’s only negative… I have to go without out it for that long… but once it charges up, its good to go for a lot of use.I am very careful with it, the instructions say not to use it in the real high heat, don’t let it get wet, keep out of high humidity, pretty much tells you to take special good care of it!I hope it has a long life with me because I am really enjoying it, time will tell.

This was easy to set up. I was able to link it through Bluetooth to my iPad without a problem. I opened YouTube and used a karaoke video to test it out. The speaker played the video sound great. I mean, it is not amazing speakers, but they sound good for the size.The problem came with the mic. If I sing directly into the mic top, it is fine. I am a trained singer. I have real mics. This is a toy. It looks like an omnidirectional mic, but it isn't. If you don't sing directly into the top less than an inch away, it won't pick up the sound. I guess this is great as it is unlikely there will be any feedback. But it will be frustrating for any who don't want to sing with the mic touching their mouth. There is also the question of if you have multiple users, you may need to have alcohol wipes available.

Pulling this out of the box, I was expecting something with a little bit more quality to it. The speaker itself feels heavy and solid enough, and it functions okay as a normal bluetooth speaker. But the microphones have a lot of noise, and the onboard effects are pretty awful. I don't expect studio-grade reverbs on little units like this, but they all just sound very flimsy. Kids may not have any issue with these types of things, and the lights look cool and it does get up to a decent volume. It just doesn't sound great if you're singing into the microphones. The microphones themselves feel a lot cheaper, they are primarily plastic and I don't know that they could take much wear and tear. If this was cheaper I'd add a star, but it's a decently pricey unit considering what you are getting

I have gotten multiple portable Karaoke machines this one is the best by far. It is around 3 inches high 9 inches long. The sound is great for such a little speaker. I recommend it for anyone for kids or just a night around friends sing out some tunes.
