This thing is awesome, although the cap is a bit brittle.

Toss your herb in and spend 5 sec grinding by clicking a button with no issues. Performs great. It looks great and it's lightweight and fits in the hand. The battery was charged right off the bat so that's always nice. For $27 this is a great value device imo

After comparing product's and reviews I decided on this one. After using it 4 times, it performs very well with my "herbs" given you're smart and take out any branches and I brush it clean after each use with the brushes that were included. To the ones who say this doesn't work obviously doesn't know what they're doing. Like with any traditional "herb" grinding product, you NEVER over pack "herbs" like a junior high on his first rodeo! It took me a third of the time it would have with a non powered device. You don't need anything high priced to do what this will with some care

Nice idea for grinding flower but complete failure when trying to grind 1G of flower. Underpowered, material always building up behind the two blades near the perimeter, to easy to forget to lock the cap (Should be a failsafe to stop grinding until the lock is used). I find that I have to break the flower up into tiny pieces to make it work and even then it gets bogged down.I was looking at their more expensive K5 unit but figured I'd check out the quality of build on the smaller one first and found it's more gimmick than tool. A manual grinder is more efficient and dependable.Update: gave up so in the junk drawer it went a week or so ago and back to the manual grind. And no not looking for a refund as I see it as a tuition paid for knowledge even though it was a course I never signed up for. Thanks for noting.2nd update: used it about 2 dozen times and it just gave up. Battery charges, light comes on when button depressed but no action. My Kactus Kutter is now officially Kactus Klutter.next update: So I figured it's dead so why not open it up. I found that one of the wires going to the motor was torn off of the soldering point because while trying to save a pennies worth of plastic the collar inside the business end that holds the motor in place so it doesn't break free and tear the wires was to thin to keep it in place when met with the torque of the motor was pitted against it.I soldered the wire back in place and used epoxy to make a better retainer for the motor and it's back grinding again.Your engineers should be let go per multiple design flaws that should have been seen prior to going to market. Was hoping to eventually get a K5 but not after finding multiple design flaws.

This is a good grinder at the price, packs good torque with the forward and reverse switch. The downsides although they don't not hinder the use of the product it definitely affect how you use it.First thing the one flat side on the handle area does not keep it from rolling on the slightest uneven surface. The next is the cap and funnel/chamber should have been made with impact resistant materials my cap crack and is useless now, also very thin. The funnel is made of the same material so I'm sure if I don't do something it will break. The last thing and probably with the previous 2 things should have been redesigned. The single engagement of the chamber makes for misalignment and the lock is very weak an only on a single side. Should have had a twist lock as the motion would work the lock loose like it does on this model. If you herb is to moist this can cause packing and binding in the chamber.I think it's worth the cost if you can't grind by hand. But hoping they will I'm prove the design.

First off I would like to say I was really loving this tool. It sure is nice on the hands. Grinds nice works nice. Was to legit. So I decided to test out the full gram and unfortunately it broke and no longer grinds the weed. 😞 So that part sucks. I did get a hold of Amazon for a replacement and next time I know not so much. I wanted to give this a 5 star prior than all of this happened.
