Q:Why is it hard to snap the buttons together?
A: The buttons are supposed to make different shapes. Usually, you can use 1-3 buttons to hold the shape your cat likes. Choose suitable buttons to satisfy the cat's desire to destroy without damaging the product. This is an unusual cat-thinking product.
Q:My kitten is timid. She is not easy to accept a new bed. I am not sure if she will like this bed as other cats do.
A: In line with cats' natural instincts, the bed is shaped to provide a snug and safe space. As long as your cat finds a real refuge inside her Deformable Ball, where it will seem that all the outside stress and agitation cannot reach her, she will love it and have a relaxed time in it.
Q:How can this be made into a cat tunnel for cats to play?

I have it clipped together to make a sphere and my cat really likes sleeping and lounging in it! I haven’t tried the other shapes cause she prefers this one

Got the blue ball about a year ago. Both my cats love playing in it -- let them hide and tease them with a feather teaser so they can leap out at their prey, and the ball keeps it interesting by rolling around as they attack the toy. But the larger cat decided it was also going to be his nap place, so he pretty much took it over for a few months... and then I noticed the smaller cat had coopted it and the other one was back to sleeping on MY bed.So now I've ordered another so they can both have their ball bed... and looking forward to trying some of the configurations you can get with two snapped together!There have been no issues with durability, unlike some of the other cat hidey-type furnishings I've tried; no matter what the kitties do, after a year of heavy and sometimes energetic use there's been no noticeable damage, aside from having to re-snap it occasionally.

My cat loves this and looks just as adorable in it as the cat in the advertisement picture. The inside is very soft, and the color is beautiful. At first I thought it was a little awkward, maybe even a little thin; but after setting it up, I found that it is just right for what it is. I love the nautical shape as in the ad, and so does my cat.

Updated 10/9/2023: I changed my review from one star to three as I was fully refunded for the defective product after this review was posted. I cannot truly speak to whether this is purely one single defective product. I still have one that works, I just don’t re-configure it and then very slowly and carefully. If it continues to function I will try and remember to return and upgrade these stars even higher. Thank you refunding the broken item!I have two of these because I thought they were so great. One I have left in a ball configuration, the other I had reconfigured maybe three times before a button pulled out of the material crippling it's possibilities.I assumed at this price, it was a manufacturer defect and submitted feedback to the seller. I just checked back and tried again and it failed to post. I have received no response. The item is practically new and a button should have much more life than this had. I would have expected better from this company to respond when the item is a premium priced product.For this money they item should be able to be used as advertised. If you buy this, leave it in one configuration or buy a cat cave instead.If you buy this thinking you can reconfigure it more than a couple of times, it seems you may be quickly sorry you bought it as well as the manufacturer will not respond.

$70 for this? Could go to the pet store and get many tunnels for the same price.Sent the wrong colour - one not even offered - no guide on different shapes/uses, just the overpriced item. Cat used the box more

At first I wasn’t sure about this ball but my very big cat love it. It’s his new sleeping bed and also a safe haven when he gets scared. He pushes it around when he wants to play hide n seek. But, he is very rough with it and have noticed that the stitches are coming apart. I will have to see the joints with a heavier and more durable thread.

My youngest cat is obsessed with these felt cave/beds/tunnels! We bought two, intending to make a tunnel to replace one of those ugly collapsible ones that was black and didn't match our house at all. I loved that these were neutral and pretty, with their pink flip side.Oh my goodness, I hadn't even managed to get the snaps on one when my son dove into it and rolled all over it and claimed it for himself!They are very sizeable, and we ended up not pairing them together, but placing them in two separate rooms. In the bedroom he has a round cave and in the living room, we made the shell style as it's a little more tunnel like. He uses them every day and loves them. Totally worth it!

My cat loves this. Can’t get enough of pouncing on it and in it. However the snaps are really hard. Pushing as hard as I can, I can only get 2 of them to fasten. It’s enough that it still works great, but I wish they would all snap. Even though they don’t, my cat hasn’t been this thrilled with a toy in a long time so still 5 stars!

This is a really nice cat hideout, sadly, none of mine liked or trusted it.Not one of my cats would go inside of this ball they just didn't trust it. They were all extremely interested in it and one of them walked through it, but they just wouldn't settle inside of it and I've never seen them approach it when I'm not around. Maybe they just didn't trust the others if they were to be inside of it, I don't know... But it's a bummer, because they have no problem, temporarily occupying every Amazon box I get.The materials are very nice and clean. It doesn't smell bad like some of the Chinese junk you get on Amazon.The buttons that hold it together are very sturdy and the fur lining is nice and soft. It's cool that the ball can be attached to another one or folded and snapped into slightly different configurations.If your cat likes to hide in boxes and paper bags they will probably like this hideout. It's definitely worth a shot. I'm sad my spoiled, brats, didn't take to it.

I don’t really know why I got this. My cat has turned her nose up at most beds I have gotten her and she isn’t interested in getting inside boxes or her other pop-up tunnel. But she likes my fleece and fuzzy throw blankets so I thought I would give it a try. Well she was trying to get into this cat tunnel before I could get it snapped together. I was worried it might be too confining for her but was surprised how large it was when it arrived - the ginger tabby in the ad must be photoshopped in or is a giant. The tunnel Is big enough for her to sit or stand up in without crouching (8.5 lb, 10.5 inches to shoulder). But she doesn’t sleep in it. She jumps on it from the bed and smooshes it flat. She launches sneak attacks on the toys from it. She uses the outside as a kicker. I have even seen her rolling down the hallway with this - sometimes on the inside and sometimes on the outside. She wrestles with this until she is completely wore out. After a few weeks of daily rough play it still looks new. When it was new a couple of the snaps were hard to close but you just have to make sure the fuzzy fabric isn’t caught in it. I’m getting more of these.
