This Door-Activated LED Safe Lighting Kit is perfect for gun safes, closets, wardrobes, in-cabinets, showcases, pantries, hutch cabinets, lockers, etc.
Automatic Switch
The sensor head can only detect the door at a distance of about 4.5 inches. This door-activated switch has an independent sensor head with cables. Choosing a suitable location to install it is much easier and greatly diversifies the layouts. The switch itself, the cables, connectors, are very compact/in dimensions, so it's straightforward for you to make a clean installation.

Lights are bright and offer adequate lighting inside of the safe. However, big pain in the rear to install the clips. I had to empty my safe and climb in there to install the clips correctly. Also, the door sensor does not work properly. I installed it correctly. But I suspected the lights weren't turning off when the door closed so I turned on the video function on my phone and placed my phone on the shelf in my safe and closed the door. Just as suspected, the lights remained on. So I'll be returning this one and buying a different one.

Very bright, easy to install. I was worried the tabe would not stick to the fabric and I would have to screw all the clips in, but the tape holds great. The safe had screw holes on the bottom where it was bolted to a skid from the manufacturer and the cord fit perfectly threw the existing holes

Kit comes with two types of mounting brackets that can be mixed and matched. Screw-on for wood and adhesive for metal. Installed on Browning BX18 and it worked great. Read and follow the directions before starting and you shouldn't have any issues. Lights are plenty bright for my safe and really appreciated all of the wire segements that could be added or omitted from the the install.

Used this kit for my sump area under a reef tank. Plenty of light, door switch works perfectly. Definitely recommend.

This product works great. Easy to install and run all the wires. Very bright and will light up an entire safe. The motion sensor works perfect and turns off and on without hesitation. The attaching hardware is great, I used the glue strips with out any issue. The cable management is great with the included items. Overall great product. I do suggest if you plan to use the motion sensor lay out all your lights first and make sure you start in the right direction so all cables connect correctly.
