i have trouble with swelling in my fingers and joints and these have made a world of a difference in the kitchen. i docked a star because the black multi function bottle opener was a little difficult to understand at first. i wasn't sure what each feature did or how to use it. i kind of just use it in possible unconventional ways. overall, very good quality and are a much appreciated addition to my kitchen utensils!

The two longer openers are alone worth the purchase price for me.A family member has long had a problem unscrewing tops off of new jars.The larger "hairpin-shaped" opener is now our favorite. I especially like the fact that turning over the large opener reveals slightly smaller sized openings which give you a much wider variety of effective diameter tops to unscrew.Gripping silicone surfaces really hold the bottle tops firmly. Like working with a great pair of adjustable pliers, without the damage of metal on metal lid deformations.Other openers included can be viewed as icing on the cake. I've been looking for something that works like the largest opener for quite a while. Again, I'd pay this price just for that one.Note, the included wine cork/foil cutter tool, while it possesses all the usual wine opener features, feels not as sturdy as several I already own. It will be a give-away. The silicone disc is too small to be of much use to me.But I'm giving it 5 stars for the effective largest/longest opener. Something I needed. Hope it lasts.

This is a great set of kitchen tools if you want something to open everything (minus basic can opener). My most used pieces are the grip pad and the multi size lid opener. I do think the quality feels slightly cheap, I'm not wowed by the material. But I do think it will last me a while. Overall a good functional set to keep on hand.

I ordered this kit to help open bottles and jars in my kitchen and, wow, do these tools do an excellent job.You receive a bottle cap opener to use on twist-off bottle caps that seems to be designed for beer bottles, iced tea or other drink bottles, twist off wine bottle caps, and some liquor bottle caps. This tool also can quickly remove tabs from any drink can and incorporates a traditional beer bottle opener as well. Perfect to keep in your bar area.The large jar tool has four openings to accommodate bottle caps and jar lids of various sizes. It also expands for greater versatility. I often struggle with the small caps on plastic water bottles and this tool makes them much easier to remove. Both these tools are made of silicone so they do not slip while trying to remove lids or caps.The enclosed round silicone pad can be used in a number of ways, as a jar opener, a hot pad, or a non skid pad to hold your mixing bowl in place. The package even includes a standard waiter’s key to open wine bottles.With this kit I can open virtually any bottle or jar in my kitchen and with four tools at this price point, the package is an excellent value.

I use the jar opener and silicone grip the most from this set. I struggle to open jars and this has helped me tremendously. It requires very little torque to get the jars open with this device.
