I was doubting about getting this toy as one of my cat gets scared so easily but it they all three end up playing with it. Downside it does not roll that much

Bought this on April 7th of this year and today went to turn it on after charging and it will no longer works. It's really sad too because my two cats loved this toy very much.

I have ordered so many because they get lost throughout the house. I will find them eventually but this time I went with yellow as it is easier to see them under dark spaces. They charge pretty quickly and one charge lasts a long time. All my cats love them. If you have an over active cat this is a must.

I thought it would last, but shuts off after 3 minutes. Wish it could turn back on ad long as kitty plays with it, but requires me to turn it back on

First the good...1. I love that it's rechargeable, and can be activated by movement because it did capture my cat's attention.2. I guess it's a good value for an electronic cat toy.Now the not so good...1. It lasted only 5 weeks before it was no longer holding a charge and no longer moving. Now it just lights up and shakes around for a few seconds before dying again.2. I wish the ball had a little "find me" feature with a chip where your phone could find it. It hides in obscure, dark places, like under the refrigerator, behind the toilet, and then burns itself out so you can't see it.3. My cat was a bit intimidated by it at first, it could be more soft around the edges, and maybe a little more lightweight.Hoping for improvements on your next version, or I won't be buying another one.

This thing is awesome! After one of our indoor/outdoor cats was attacked by a raccoon this summer we made the decision to start keeping them inside full time. Our youngest cat is an avid hunter and has a ton of energy still left in him and he has been so frustrated without a proper outlet for hunting, he has started properly attacking the older cats.This ball has solved his hunting problem as not only does it propel itself, it’s completely random so he has no idea where it’s going next. It goes in all directions and has a bit of a jump to it so it doesn’t get stuck easily, and can somewhat hop over cords (as long as you have hard floors, not sure about carpet)The best part of this toy though is that it has an automatic shutoff after a few minutes and my cat can reactivate it later on himself so I don’t need to go looking for it when he’s done with it to shut it off.Even my older lazy cats have shown interest in it. Will probably buy a few more. Definitely recommend!

Kept my kitten occupued for about 20 mins then just.... stopped- she was in no way rough either just followed it around as it rolled, she likes to chase things but sits and waits until it moves again. It would role one direction- then vigorously shake without moving then roll the same direction.... then it just stopped- blue light still on- if I press and hold the button nothing happens, can't turn it off.. blue light is just on not blinking and nothing is happening. It just stopped out of nowhere.... so that sucks- now i have to look for a different brand so I can hope to atleast get more that 1 single short play session from the thing

Luckily i have tile and a rug so the ball will work on hard floors. Once it rolls onto any carpet it cant get grip to roll. Other then that, for the price, i think its a cool buy. My cat doesnt play with it so. Do with that information what you want. Maybe if it dragged string or a feather it would be more interactive.

My cat loves this toy. We turn off all the lights and play at night. Rolls well on bare floor but not on carpet.
