It was packaged very well. The tree was protected completely. It looks healthy. I would recommend ordering one to anyone who is a beginner. The tree is shaped nicely and was trimmed easily.

The plant was much smaller than I expected. Although I understand all plants vary in shape, it doesn't resemble the picture. Just a little disappointing.
