Instructions:
1.) Daily/Each Use - Wipe the monorail with a non-abrasive cloth/pad after
each use, optionally using soap/water or glass cleaner. Do Not Use Acids,
bleaches or abrasive cleaners.
2.) Every 50 Hours / Weekly (With High Use) - Lubricate the chain with a teaspoon
of rowing machine chain oil by applying the oil to a paper towel and rubbing it
along the length of the chain. Wipe off the excess when done. Do not clean the
chain with cleaners/solvents.
3.) Every 250 Hours / Monthly (With High Use) - See manufacturer's suggestions
for maintenance and replacement needs.

In an era where complexity prevails over user friendly, this is a wonderful exception!!! It does what it says it does!!! We used You Tube to show us how to easily put it together before purchase. Sure enough, it works. While it is long, it is not very wide. We stuck it between other equipment. It is not very noisy. It is easy to use...just a delight!

This product is critical for protecting my $900 investment in a rowing machine. The product arrived in a sealed bag to prevent leakage - there was none, but better safe than sorry. The chain oil is in a convenient bottle that is easy to use, and is a good viscosity. As a bicycle rider, I know the value of maintaining and protecting a chain.
