This is a game changer for my sour dough bread making. I thought I could get away with just spooning some flour into a mesh strainer and flouring my banneton or countertop (while kneading the dough), but this tool does that so much easier and more consistently. It is so easy to scoop down into the flour bag and then sprinkle the flour out evenly. It’s fun, too. What are you waiting for, my baking people? You need to order one of these!

If you are someone who likes to bake or you are an avid baker this is a great necessary tool. The functionality is good, it doesn't dump flour out but an even sprinkle amout. Easy to use, easy to clean

Did I need it? No. Do I love it? Heck yes!I got this for sprinkling flour on the counters for rolling dough, powdered sugar etc. I find I use it LOTS now; primarily for what I mentioned, but also for flouring baking dishes for angel food cake (cast iron); I love it!

Wonderful. Just what I needed to properly coat my sourdough boules with rice flour before going in baskets. It's simple to fill and simple to dump the unused flour back in the container.

This little shaker is terrific for sprinkling powdered sugar, flour, cocoa--whatever! Easy to use; easy to clean. Push the stem to slide the halves apart; scoop your powdery ingredient, then allow the ball to close. It's that easy! You can direct the powder exactly where you want it, and It cleans easily. I LOVE it!

I love these, I saw Nigella using one and ordered immediately. Im using one for icing sugar and one for flour. So easy and clean to use, a game changer for any baker.

I’ve been using this tote my tea instead of using it as a sugar powder. It is incredibly easy to use as you can do everything with just one hand, great value for money as it comes in two.
