Product Description

The 4KOR Hip Band is the ultimate tool for hip and glute activation/strength as well as dynamic warm up. Simply wear the Hip Band above your knees and go for a long stride walk. You can strengthen your weak and painful "granny hips" by putting on the Hip Band and walking forward, backward, and side to side. You can use the Hip Band to squat, sumo Deadlift (feet out wide) or while simply walking on the treadmill! Coaches love using the Hip Band to cue their athletes to force their knees out while squatting and sumo deadlifting.

The 2nd Generation Hip Band is a stiffer material that provides more resistance.

The Grippy Pink Hip Band has 2 strips of tacky rubber along the inside to ensure the Hip Band stays in place during an exercise.

I have 3 of these bands. I use one at home, have one in our camper van, and carry one with me for vacations. They are strong and well-made and have lasted for quite a while. They really work my hips and legs. The description states they stay in place, not necessarily true. Mine slip down all the time if I release pressure on them, but I simply pull them back in place. I obviously would buy this brand again if anything happened to one of my old bands. As a point of reference, I have tried a couple other brands--and they did not last nor did I like them as well.

This band has some serious resistance to it! It’s well made and feels incredibly sturdy. For reference, I’m 5’2” and around 100 pounds. On me, with the band around my thighs I don’t have to separate my stance much to feel the resistance. I love using this for narrow leg squats, squat walks, and deadlifts (and similarly positioned movements). Seriously-I used only this band and body weight to test it out and I was SO sore! I have bad knees so I don’t use it for any single leg extension type movements - but that’s just me personally. Another great thing about this band is it does NOT move! Where you put it is where it stays (no rolling or falling down), which can be a problem with some bands. So far it hasn’t lost any of its strength and I’m very impressed with the durability. Lastly, the print is so cute! It arrives exactly as described and the shipping was quick! Unfortunately Amazon is only letting me upload one photo (?) but take my word for it - you will not be disappointed!

I bought the Team 4KOR 3 piece grippy set almost two weeks ago and wanted to use them as much as I could before reviewing. I am very much in love with these. They take glute workouts to another level completely. They are certainly unique to get used to because they are quite firm. I previously had rubber glute activation bands that were flimsy and didn't have much shape. The best thing about the firmness of the 4KOR bands is that they make your whole body work to move them. I use the blue one for activating and warming up my legs/glutes, and alternate the other two for my workout. One of the best things There's not much I do without these bands now. They help you to use more of your glutes and the rest of your body to stabilize them. I get so much more out of my workouts now, and I know I will be seeing a lot more progress over the coming months. If you are on the fence about these, get them knowing that they are everything you need for your workouts and then some.

I have it for a few months now. Is quite good. The first two month was really heavy strength. Not is just slightly less heavy.. Don’t get me wrong, is still perfect . A lot different from the others I tried before. Recommend it 100%

The 4KOR Fitness Hip Bands are an amazing product that will take your training to the next level. I have been working hard at developing my glutes (booty) and the muscles surrounding my hips consistently over the past year and when I discovered the benefits of incorporating resistance bands into my routine, it has made a huge difference! Use the 4KOR bands to activate your glutes before and during your workout or use them in the comfort of your own home for a killer glute workouts. I love having the different sizes because depending on which exercise I am doing, I can adjust the resistance simply by adjusting which band I am using. The hot lava color is very, very tight. I'm 5'4 and 150 pounds. The material does not stretch much at all, it is not like rubber resistance bands. When I wear this around my legs, I can barely move them apart. I cannot do walking lounges or wear this during squats because it doesn't move enough. It is nicely made though. I'll probably return to find a different size band.
