Initial purchase experienced free wheel breakdown after two days. Replacement lasted for about a year, when free wheel broke down. Repair cost is about $200, so it's cheaper to get a new wheel or a new bike.

The assembly made me want to punch a baby pigeon but overall this is a great deal for someone who is just wanting a simple ride around the neighborhood. I bought this along with a child sear to ride with my toddler. Left pedal arm came loose and fell off in less than 100 miles. Had to ride 3 miles with 1 pedal half pedaling in highest gear to a bike shop. Crank shaft is now deformed and wobbly. Terrible product how is it even legal to sell it when the pedal arm is guaranteed to fall off?????

Horrible! My son rode this for about a month before the entire crank shift buckled and bent off while he was riding it.Horrible!I wish I had taken my money and put it towards something better!I really wish this would have worked out for him

Wasn't too difficult to assemble. Took some time. But looks good. Want to get a more aggressive set of tires. But other than that it's comfortable to ride.

Never was able to get 3rd gear on front derailleur , there is zero excuse for this - they produce the bike...but send it out non functioning - do not buy this bike if you want the gears to work..it takes ninja death grip to even try to shift said non functioning gears

In local shops, the same bike cost 4 times what I paid on Amazon. Used it all summer long, no problem whatsoever.

This bike has a few kinks when I first put it together, still has a noise in the pedal & the shifter doesn't like shifting

Very nice, affordable, bike. (I checked prices at walmart for and this beat theirs by a lot.) The box was damaged, but the bike was well packed and received no damage. The quality is much nicer than I expected. The color is nicer in person. The name across the bike is 'BAMCBASE', Not Hiland, although Hiland is in the instruction book. It's fully adjustable in the seat and handle bar height. Assembly was easy enough. It rides smoothly, shifts alright, but a tough rough, so I'll have to adjust that... from YT videos I guess. Overall, I think it's a genuine value. With the 'coupon', I paid about $220 total. I would recommend it, and would buy it again.
