When I received this press, the plates weren’t aligned so some of my shirts weren’t getting pressed where needed. I would have to move them on the bottom plate and press multiple times. Then after I used only 3 times a bearing ball had popped out from somewhere. I messaged the seller and they were super quick to respond. They sent me a video on how to adjust the plates so they line up, and quickly figured out where the ball came from and offer replacement parts if needed. After moving the plates I have ZERO complaints! The press works great, and every shirt I’ve made adheres perfectly! I haven’t used any of the attachments yet, but I’m excited to. I was a bit nervous taking the plunge and buying a press vs using my home iron but I’m so glad I did. I would definitely recommend.

Started sublimation about 8 months ago, so I purchased this heat press. This has been the only heat press I have owned so it’s hard to compare it’s quality. With that being said, I haven’t had any issues. I usually do turn the temp higher than what is suggested, but then again I live in Illinois and my heat press is kept in my unheated garage. The arm on the press snapped when I was shutting it and the black plastic bar on the mug press also snapped. (Tried to glue it back together with some JB weld made for plastic and I was unsuccessful. BUT it is Christmas time and both my heat press/mug press have been putting in the work! I contacted the company and they responded promptly! I haven’t received the new parts-so will update when I receive them. But so far I am happy with the press and happy with the customer service!I gave 4 stars only because I haven’t received the new parts yet and because it does need some hardware to help make it stable, or not tip/wobble.

Not stable without screwing it down to something, (Screws not included). It would be nice if it had instructions and suggestions! The little pamphlet in the box has bare bone info.

So I looked at all the positive reviews and weighed them against the negatives. Someone must have been stuffing the ballet-box with + reviews. The entire machine is cheaply made. The first shirt I pressed I had the plate (bottom) pull all the way out. After that I was more careful, but an annoying thins. The balance required me to get plywood, bolts and a ratchet to seat the machine to a board in order to stop machine from tipping. The first time was after a press while machine was at full heat. The machine tipped and could have been a potential fire-starter. (obviously before I put on board) Th connections are all loose. Everything feels very cheap. You don't have to just line up press, but must also be very careful as the top platen will move. 1 shirt ruined when the plate undoubtedly moved just as touching sublimation paper. This led to a wasted shirt, which adds up. This cannot under and circumstances be useful for pro/hobby. Even as a beginner, this still isn't a good choice. I went with Dollate and the extra is definitely worth the difference. I was worried with them all LOOKING the same, but they are different, at least this to Dollate.
