The price and design seemed good, but using it is almost unbearable. It creaks every time you move! Very noisy! It is so creaky that when someone moves a bit in their sleep, it disturbs others in the room who are sleeping. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this product. I would rate it Zero stars if possible.

It takes 2 people put this together. We had to force bars into place due to they were cut differently lengths and also when putting together makes sure ladder bars match holes. The bars don't say front or back. It was very frustrating took me 8 hours put together I was wore out trying make it fit. Don't try a hammer the rest of bars will fall out of place. Grey squares to hold bars for bed had to be forced some wouldn't fit all the way... maybe your luck could be better than mine. But my experience with this bed was rough for me.. I got it because it had good reviews and said easy to put together well it's not for prego women..

This bed requires two people to assemble. The plastic pieces are cheaply made and fall out of the bed. on the bars to support the weight on the bed. The plastic pieces are hard to squeeze to fit in the grooves on the bed; you must be strong and elbow grease. I found that instead of plastic, it should have bolts and washers to hold the bed instead of all the plastic pieces. The metal is somewhat sturdy. It does look okay, but I will not purchase it again because of the plastic pieces. When I move, I will not be taking the bed because it was a hassle to put up.

It's a great bed! Not super hard to put together the most challenging thing are the little grey tabs and that's just cause it's awkward. All the parts were included. Its dimensions were exactly as stated. It's sturdy and the frame is quiet. All in all an excellent purchase and it's made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. Also the ladder is better placed and easier for my child to climb than the straight back ladders. We have less fear of falls with this one. I highly recommend! Great buy especially for this price! You can't beat it!

I have never written a review, this is the first. The product was not as strong as I would have liked, it felt like i wasn't able to hold 450 lbs on there, but We got it built and started testing with more and more weight. I was able to get up there with the center bar sagging1-2 inches. I weight about 190lbs. With bouncing, i feel it would have stretched more with a potential crack. Who knows. That being said i contacted the company with potential holes I could tap in the metal to add 2 more support bars and they were more than eager to help. THIS WAS SO SCHOCKING TO ME! They sent me the bars, I have sturdied up the bed and it has helped me sleep at night (literally) haha.This was so above and beyond, I am leaving a great review, even though the bed is a little wobbly and not sure it can hold the whole 450lbs of bouncing kids. The product looks good, assembly is easy, and the company was great to deal with.
