I purchased this product for my kids this past Christmas. They have thoroughly enjoyed the product and it has reinvigorated their use of their older hover boards. I have to admit I even enjoy using this when they kids are at school. It's so easy to use and loads of fun. The straps have broken with normal wear and tear like most things so I reached out to their customer service team to request new straps. They immediately sent a shipment out but to no fault of their own, FedEx did not deliver the package. I explained the issue to the Hiboy customer service team and the next day, I receive a response of their understanding and was informed another package with replacements straps will be sent. Incredible customer service by their team which makes me even more happy with the purchase.

I bought 2 of these to fit Gyroor Warrior 8.5" Hoverboards. Both kits came with all the parts (plus a couple extra). At assembly time, the instructions could have been better. The hardest part is getting the second shock affixed in place. Requires loosening one and tightening the other to give you enough slack. The steel framing and hardware is machined well with strong welded joints. At ride time, these things are a total blast. Even if your kid (or adult) can easily use the hoverboard without a seat attachment, it turns it into a fun go-kart where they can confidently go faster and turn sharper. The shocks are nice to have when they go over asphalt-to-cement bumps, or even when attempting to jump off the curb. The adjustable length makes it great to fit older or younger riders. 5 stars in the Fun category! After only a few sessions of riding, some of the bolts had worked themselves loose. In particular the assembly with bushings that connects the handle assembly to the "axle". As the handles are moved up and down, slowly the bolts un-screw and eventually fall out. I added some thread-lock and poly grease (in the bushings) to try to help, but they still work themselves loose after several rides and have to be re-tightened (if you can find the original bolt). I'm in the habit of tightening them every time we charge the boards. This particular section is poor design more than it is poor quality hardware. The bolts that connect the shock to the axle also work themselves loose (the other moving part), but this is not nearly as bad. A better design would be to machine the axle more like a skateboard's trucks, and bolt the handle assembly to the end of them.I had my doubts about the velcro straps, but they work well. Each kit came with 2 extra, and we have worn out one of them already. I think this was at least partially due to the adjustable brackets weren't properly fitted to the hover board's platform at first - that's on me.I have not attempted to contact customer service about issues I encountered.
