Bought for my 89 year old Dad to replace one that went bad. Best camera we received after trying 3 others. He was able to make this one work without issue. Plug and play. Great audio, very clear video. Finally someone selling a quality product who is not taking advantage of the Covid situation. THANK YOU!!!

Perfect camera for the COVID era: Zoom meeting's etc. One could argue the video quality is lacking but I don't mind. What did I expect?

From order to delivery was a little long, but product is as advertised. I'm using an i5, 4th gen, 16GB Ram, SSD, Win 10 PC. Camera plugged into USB 3, gave instant 1080P quality, and good quality sound, lighting adjustability is easy. Cam has nice desk stand, so that you can be looking 'at your subject' rather than at the top of the monitor.I would recommend this, just don't get in a hurry for delivery.

This camera actually surprised me. My work purchased another brand and the sound quality was really bad. I bought this one and was pleasantly surprised. It has good picture and the microphone is much better than the other webcam.My only complaint is that there are limited ways I can place the camera. I didn't want it on top of my monitor because I didn't want people to see everything behind me. And I don't like it on the desk because people can see my double chin. Lol. That's not the camera's fault but I don't have may options with how the camera sits.

The thing works OK, instructions are awful. This is a MANUAL FOCUS camera. You'll have to turn the silver ring around the lens to focus, nothing in the instructions about this, found out by reading other reviews. It took my completely up-to-date Windows 10 PRO a full day to install this device so that it's use and recognition by the computer is without issue and it ready at startup, but it finally did it. Beware.UPDATE: About 3 days later I tried to use the camera and it refuses to connect with any software. I have restarted, all the usual troubleshooting steps, still nothing. I'm afraid it's useless, a small doorstop.

Pro: It is the middle of the Covid19 induced "stay at home!" era, and everyone and their brother is doing Zoom meetings, so finding one of these in stock and under $50 is a winner in my book as long as it works pretty well - and this does work pretty well. Cord is long enough, Base sucks but it sits on my monitor OK. I used it on a Zoom meeting yesterday and had no issues with video nor audio.Cons: It says autofocus, but it doesn't. I had to twist the focus ring to bring it into focus. No big deal.It arrived in 4 days, so I'm extremely happy about that.

I purchased this webcam the end of May 2020. I didn't get around to connecting to my computer till this week (11/2/2020) My PC recognized the new hardware and Win 10 completed the installation, and stated ready for use. The camera never worked after multiple attempts. Then I tried on my wife's computer for the same result. So I can't review the performance of the webcam but I have nothing but praise for the seller (Nice Baby) Well beyond Amazon's 30day return window, the seller stepped up and took the honorable path and refunded me for the purchase. They weren't required to do so by the purchase terms, but chose to do the right thing.Thank you Nice Baby you rock
