Product is a good value for the price and works as advertised. I already use Pro Shot 1 and this is a replacement bottle for me. I can recommend.

I had my doubts and when I opened the bottle I couldn't even smell it so I figured I'd wasted my money but this stuff works great and you can leave it in the barrel to soak indefinitely. For heaving fouling I still use Hoppe's #9 and then Barnes CR-10 to get the barrel squeaky clean but then back to Pro-Shot for before and after hunting. If I can't smell it the deer probably can't either and that's another GREAT advantage over most other oils and cleaning products.

This is a good product. Cleans well and does leave a nice coating of lube behind. I did use some grease on my slide and other moving parts but overall this product did as advertised.

So far the product is doing very well WRT cleaning and protecting.I can not fully vouch for metal-protection until we get through a couple years but I believe in the product so far.Ordered 3 of these now and have distributed some into small controllable chem dispensers. The aroma is nice - but I actually somehow enjoy the sick smell of Hoppes a little more.Leaves go clean, shiny, non-oily and looks good ontop of everything else.Even so - i still use 'gun butter' as my primary lubricant (old habits hard to break) but from a cleaning and preservation point, this appears to be good.

I switched to this product about two years ago and now it's the only one I use! It does an incredible job of getting the grit out and leaves a great perfectly oiled finish. The smell is fantastic and I look forward to the cleaning. Thankd so much for making me a customer for life!

This product is one of those pleasant surprises that you stumble upon.It does exactly what it says it does.1. It cleans very effectively, even very dirty guns. For truly massive fouling let it soak overnight.2. As described it leaves behind a coating that protects and lubricates, but it is not overly oily.3. It is definitely not very strong smelling, One Shot has a slight citrus scent to it and can be used indoors.4. It contains no ammonia is which is a good thing for many barrel coatings and finishes.5. The toxicity of the product is much less than other products I have and sometimes use.My advice: try it. You'll like it.
