Helps hold glass firmly when grinding. Works best in larger pieces of glass, although I’ve used it in tiny pieces for a mosaic. Helps save my fingers from cuts and getting buffed by the grinder.

I use these all the time - two at a time to grind most shapes. Really small items are sometimes hard and still need to use one hand plus the cookie - this is due to my grinder and not the cookie, since small shapes sometimes get stuck on the grinder surface. It takes some playing around to figure out the best way to manipulate your shapes as you are grinding, but I highly recommend these. The grinder cookie has really saved my fingers.

The Grinder Cookie is the absolute best! Ver easy to use and saves your fingers and nails from the grinder bit. I was limited on the pressure I could use when just using my fingers. Grinding is easier and faster. I wish I had found this earlier.

I have been doing stained glass for years and saw this tool and decided to give it a try. Well made and although I think it is a bit pricey I find myself using it frequently on small pieces. There were no instructions but was easy to learn. As I start grinding I roll the cookie as I push with the other hand and it does help. It is a keeper!
