Bought it for our 3 month old daughter, she has basically outgrown her 1st swing. This one will last longer, the seat is much more spacious and better suited for a taller baby than our original one. All parts are sturdy, good quality and have nice details; 5 point harness- separates in a way that’s easy to secure/remove even when baby is sleeping, toy bar- moves easily to various positions for baby’s enjoyment and to get out of the way when not in use, toys attached with Velcro so they can be played with and cleaned, feet grip strongly to the floor, Optional power cord/battery is super convenient, the fabrics are soft durable and easy to clean, there’s even an additional waterproof insert to prevent diaper leaks from reaching the seat. Everything about it seems nice and well designed. It’s attractive and our daughter seems to enjoy the view, it sits higher and is angled better for her see around the room. The gliding motion instead of swinging also feels like an upgrade. This was a little more expensive than some but seems very well worth it, I feel I have gotten what I paid for. I am very happy with my purchase

I bought it before delivery and start using it for my new born after the high reviews in the Internet but unfortunately the engine is not working properly and due to international shipping I can't return it.It's soft nice but not recommended.

I have a big mama's boy. He is 4 weeks old and will not go to anyone for me to take a halfway decent shower. If I laid him down, he'd scream. Even if he was sleeping when I laid him down, he would wake up and scream. He will let my husband hold him for about 10-15 minutes before he starts screaming but sometimes not even that long. My husband is returning to work soon so I knew I had to find something or I was never going to get anything done... we tried all sorts of things. My son hates being swaddled, hates the rock and play, hates his crib and pack and play, and hates his little bouncy seat. He only likes being held by me. Insert this swing glider thingy. Reviews were mixed on every single swing but I chose this one because he likes when I rock him in the chair glider that we have and it has free returns in case he didnt like it. Guys. Of course every baby is different but this has saved my sanity. My husband set it up in about 15 minutes and I put our son in it. He was drowsy but very much awake. Within 5 minutes he was out and slept for 2 HOURS! 2 FREAKING HOURS! I thought maybe it was just a fluke so I waited to write this review until we've been able to use it numerous times and everytime he stays asleep. Now I make sure he's drowsy, if not already sleeping, before putting him in it but still. Now I noticed some people complaining that the swing didnt swing when they turned it on and maybe they had a defective swing, but I noticed that it takes a few seconds to get going... especially if I wrap my son in a blanket and add extra weight because he's already an 11 pound baby, but it definitely glides... I've never used it above a 2. One thing I dont like about it is that you need a battery if you want to use the vibrations option but obviously not a deal breaker for me. It's also very quiet when it glides except when the vibration is on because it rattles the plastic cover underneath the seat. We solved that by shoving tissues under the cover and now it's completely silent!

Wow! We've only had this swing for one day but I can't say enough great things about it! Our 6 week old has decided that she wants to sleep all night and not take a nap during the day! Most people would be ecstatic that their newborn is sleeping through the night but with a two year old running around it is not that great since she wants to nurse all day while she is awake and I can't spend anytime with him one on one. This swing is already a life saver!!! She took 3 naps in it yesterday!I am a person that always does my research and reads several reviews before purchasing anything. I had recently ordered another brand of swing that was a 3 in 1 swing. It seemed like a great concept until we received it and it was broken. Amazons customer service was great (the manufacturer was no help!) and sent another one to fix the problem however it had the same issue and seemed to be a manufacturer defect. We ended up returning that one and I set out to find another swing!Here are the things I love about this swing!-It truly does simulate a nursery glider!-There are many options for speed, sounds & vibration! It has 7 speeds and the nature sounds are great! I haven't tried the music yet but have read mixed reviews on it. It also has two vibrating speeds (which does require 1 D battery) but could easily replace a separate bouncer!- The swing itself takes up much less room than a typical sway swing but still sits up higher.-It plugs in! You still have the option to use batteries if you want but it does plug in! The bouncer does require 1 D battery but the gliding motion and sounds work with the plug!- It seems very sturdy and well made! My two year old won't be able to tip it over or try and get her out very easily!-The seat is roomy and seems to sit a little deeper than a typical bouncer.-It offers 3 different recline positions! We have it all the way down since we are currently using it for baby to nap but it will be a nice feature as she gets bigger!The only thing I am not impressed with is the toy bar but since she falls asleep almost instantly in it it's definitely not a deal breaker because she's not playing with it anyway! This may change as she gets bigger and wants to play! I may see if I can attach more interesting toys to it!Others have commented that it quit gliding and I will edit this review if that happens but so far so good!This is a great swing for the price and offers a lot of features in a more compact footprint than any other swing I have found.
