The sizing on this dress is perfect and like anyone else would be excited for... it has pockets!! The fit is great, but the flare on the dress feels a little .... boxy? I guess that would be the best way to say it. It may just need a minor adjustment to the seam on the side and bring it in a little. Or maybe it needs another wash to soften up. We shall see. For now, I'm happy with it, the sizing and the color and maybe down the road I do a mild alteration.

I love the fit of this in the shoulders and the waist. I'm sorry, but the 80's had it right - bigger shoulders make your waist looks smaller. These shoulders have a flattering pouf and gather that really cuts a nice figure.I'm 5'3" and the 3/4 length sleeves hit weird on me. It's giving me a tick - I keep doing that thing where I stretch out my arm and it sticks the cuff up over my elbow. The inside of the dress is lined so I don't have to wear a slip (huzzah!) and it moves nicely around me.The fabric is "zippy", just stiff enough to keep its shape. It makes a lot of noise. I wouldn't want to wear this in a quiet office environment, but it seems suitable for party attire. The pockets are unfortunately the sloppy afterthought pouches that I hate. They're not anchored at the waist so they flop around when they're full.I think my mom calls this length "tea length" which is slightly shorter than long. I think heels are a must, otherwise it's going to really make me look short.I could probably hit enough Pros on this dress to wear it frequently if I didn't hate, hate, hate the zipper so much. It's SO distracting. Not just the ultra-shiny gold (gold is not my favorite), but the fact that it completely cuts the dress in half visually. I don't feel like any accessories I've tried look good with it because of such a stark, straight, vertical line going right up my middle. The soft drape of a long necklace, a belt... it all just looks so busy.

Five Stars: Perfect Balance of Style, Comfort, and Function!I absolutely LOVE this GRACE KARIN Women’s Fall Casual Dress! It's quickly become my go-to for both work and casual outings. Here’s why:1. Flattering Fit & Style:The V-neck and 3/4 sleeve design are so flattering on my figure, and the midi length strikes the perfect balance between professional and comfortable. It’s dressy enough for a work meeting but casual enough to wear out for a weekend brunch. The collared neckline gives it a sophisticated touch, and I love how the zipper front adds a bit of edge to an otherwise classic look.2. Super Comfortable:The fabric feels soft yet sturdy, which is perfect for fall. It’s not too heavy, so I don’t feel stuffy, but still keeps me warm enough in the cooler months. The dress has a little stretch to it, making it incredibly comfortable to wear all day without feeling restricted.3. Functional Pockets:I didn’t expect to be so excited about the pockets, but they’re a game-changer! They’re deep enough to hold my phone, keys, or a few small essentials without bulging out or affecting the shape of the dress. Finally, a stylish dress that doesn’t leave me without a place to put my stuff!4. Versatile for Many Occasions:I’ve worn this to work, out to dinner, and even on casual weekend outings. It’s versatile enough to pair with heels, flats, or even sneakers, depending on the look you’re going for. I can easily dress it up or down with accessories, making it a solid investment for my wardrobe.5. Excellent Quality:The stitching is neat, and the zipper is sturdy. I can tell this dress was made to last. Plus, it’s easy to care for—no complicated washing instructions, and it holds its shape after several washes.Final Thoughts:Overall, this GRACE KARIN dress is a fantastic addition to my wardrobe. It’s stylish, practical, and comfortable, and I’m already looking forward to wearing it throughout the season. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a versatile dress that does it all—work, casual outings, and everything in between!

I really like this dress. I ordered the army green and it looks like the pictures (I've also added a couple for reference). I'm 5'3" and it falls to my mid-calf area. That being said, this midi dress will work on a variety of heights.Pros: The material is nice. It's lined and the shell feels nice to touch. The lining is a poly material and also feels good against the skin. The lining is throughout the entire bodice down to the hem. The only part that isn't lined are the sleeves. Speaking of, the sleeves are elbow length on me. It has a functional button cuff. The front zipper (on the army green, the zipper color is gold) is entirely functional. When I put it on, I slipped the entire dress over my head. However, you can unzip it and put it on like a coat if you wish. What I like about the zipper is you can make this as modest or not as you like. The v-neck is a high cut. Since it's lined, it's a bit too warm for me to wear in my current season but will look forward to wearing it in the fall/autumn. Lastly, it has [functional] pockets!!!!!Cons: I think you can size down in this dress. I ordered my normal size. I carry my weight in my chest and also have a soft belly. The shirring/elastic waist detail while nice, gives a lot of wiggle room. I have a good amount of space in the bust and around the waist. While the material doesn't have any stretch, that elastic waist does.Overall, this is a great dress. The functional details are great. I think you could size down if in between sizes or carry most of your weight in the natural waistline (the elastic waist is just below the bust/around the natural waist). The army green is perfect for fall. Lastly, this dress will work well for a variety of heights.
