So I ordered this to replace one of the swings on a swing set I purchased. When it came, I set it aside because the swing set had not come yet. Once we had the swing set delivered and put together (took way longer than we thought) I opened the standing swing. The only thing in there was the standing platform, and the chains. No brackets, no directions, and no hardware. By the time I got to this piece it is out of the return window. Very frustrated!

We received this produce however two of the nuts needed for construction are missing. Is it possible to send these on to us without going through the hassle of a return?

I have three children, 13, 11 and 3 and wanted a swing that all three could play on. All of my children love this swing!! The 3 year old can sit or stand on this swing, with supervision, and enjoys the variety.

This is a very sturdy swing. It's fun for big kids and quite small ones too. My two year old granddaughter enjoys it as an "I can do it myself" sit-down swing. It's low to the ground and has a big seat. Falling off is not a tragedy. The big kids like it to "fly and jump"- no broken bones yet.
