This is a very nice system, it’s quick it’s easy reasonably priced and you get about 100 filters with it so all you need is the coffee and hot water and you are done.You get the cup, the filter and the measuring spoons, plus the coffee is very smooth and tasty

The only drawback is that the coffee level is not viewable while making the coffee.

I bought this in order to make single cups of coffee and at first was a fan. However, after only a few uses, it would strain very slowly even after thorough scrubbing and by the time the coffee was in the cup it was cold. Not worth it.

Bonus #1 - Made in the USABonus # 2 - Small - compact. Portable which makes it ideal for travel.Bonus #3 - No longer wasting $$ purchasing filters be it cloth or paper then having to dispose of it.Bonus #4 - You cannot make coffee without paying attention or get burned. That said paying attention is a must.As such you almost have to meditate for minimum of 2 minutes. After a short time, you end uplooking forward to that inner peace ready to enjoy the coffee opposed to just inhale it.Bonus #5 - I have found a way to re-purpose the used coffee grinds. I dry them out out, then collect in an emptyTalenti Gelato container. After about a week, I have enough to spread on the plants. Apparently plantsfind it beneficial.Bonus #6 - No more throwing anything away. A worth while unit at a great price. No more filters in the trash.Only 2 things that have found to is more constructive criticism. The small rubber holder popped off the unit. It easily goes back. The rubber is good as it keeps the heat from protecting I plan on gluing the rubber finger holder. Not a deal changer.It's been about 5 weeks. It still makes a great cup of coffee. I do notice it slowing down - I suspect that some fine grounds may be caught in between the two metal filters. I am not aware of any way to do a deep clean. What I do is two fold. I use the remainder of the boiling water to pour over the metal filter daily. I also I have cleaned it in a dishwasher to improve the flow once a week. Also Not a deal changer.Despite this - I can comfortably give it Four stars.Since going in this route, I have developed an interest and developed an appreciation for what makes a good coffee.For anyone who has plants - I take the coffee grinds and lay it on a towel to dry then I transfer it into an empty Talenti Gelato container till I use it for the plants. The nitrogen in the used coffee grinds are beneficial to the plants.So in the end, I make a great cup of coffee with no cloth or paper filters, recycle the coffee grinds opposed to tossing it in the garbage.It is a Win Win. Your probably thinking such a long comment for something so simple. But then again that is why, the simplicity.

This worked great two times although the flavour wasn't as robust as we like. After that it got slower with each use until barely any liquid can actually drain through. Its impossible to clean between the filter layers which is where I imagine its stopped up although its hard to tell. What a waste of money!

Very chic on the counter and east to use. Love that it doesn’t need filters. Easy to clean. Makes a solid cup of pour over. I still don’t understand how the water doesn’t go through the sides. But it works.
