The Hunter Pro Arrows are fantastic hunting arrows. I have been shooting them for several years. They hold up well but unfortunately I lose one occasionally and needed to replace a few.

I was on the assumption that one could pull out the brass bushing for the nock. WRONG!!!!! I wanted to insert lighted nocks but was unable to do so because of these brass inserts specifically designed for GTO nocks (which I'm not a fan of). I'll use these for target practice ONLY and look for better arrows somewhere else.

Great price for the shafts. I see someone had messed up fletchings. I ordered 2 dozen and all were good. If you are shooting Pro shafts then I imagine refletching is not a big deal in my opinion. If you dont like the GTO nocks, put a drill bit in the shaft and swing it so the bit smashes the inside of the nock insert. It will push it out. Great deal for pro shafts.

ATTENTION!!!! This arrow comes with "GTO nocks with bushings" it's in the description but what does that mean to you? and really who would really know what it means unless they would actually look at one in person. It means that if you like to use Nockturnal light-up nock or equivalent you will NOT be able to put it on this arrow. But why you ask? Patience my young jedi grasshopper. The bushing they refer to is glued on the end of the arrow it CANNOT be removed and the actual knock is smaller. CAUTION!!! do not use your chompers and attempt to remove the "bushing" with your teeth or you will end up like this Jedi master with a chipped tooth. GOOD LUCK and my the force guide you in your arrow selection.

Great arrow and got them at a great price! Highly recommended, they are heavier than my carbon express maxima hunters and have a slightly larger diameter, but they fly as true and have a little more hitting power.
