I experimented with a number of other lighting sources before acquiring the AD400PRO, but this device really exceeded my expectations. Setting it up is a breeze, and the user handbook provides ample explanations. It offers remarkable light quality and intensity for shooting. It performs quite well, particularly with outside photography. I've attached a couple pictures I took with the product. It's also highly portable thanks to the carry bag. I heartily endorse it!

I saved for about 6 months to finally buy this item. I finally get time to pull it out of the box and the screen is defective. Never got to use it. I'll look for it somewhere else and hope I find one at the same price or lower.

First of all, the Godox AD400 is a great light. The problem I have is that Amazon obviously repackages returned items and then sells them as new. I've definitely had this issue with other items, but it's worse when it's a $650 light. The light is fully functional, but has obvious signs of former use including scratches, and even hairs in the user manual, etc. Since it's functional, it's not really worth my time to return it for a replacement, but I thought it was worth writing review about. I feel like if I'm spending $650 or more on a product that is advertised as new it should actually be new.
