Cette laveuse a un problème elle ne fonctionne pas bien elle fait éclaté le boyau je l'ai acheté en fevrier 2025 elle est supposément garanti deux année et je n'ai pas de réponse de la compagnie .J'aimerais avoir un accès au service amazone pour discuté quoi faire avec ma machine ça fait deux boyaux que je change a vous de me contacté .

Freakin A!! We love it!! Very long hose. Awesome pressure! Love the auto shut off when stop spraying. Use it all the time! Wayyyy better than lugging the old one around.

the hose busted after 3 months even though i release all the pressure and water after every usebad quality and waste of money / I tried to replace the hose when i did the whole mechanism fell apart and i know what exactly to do.

Great product until it breaks under warranty and no one will respond to you.Better off buying from harbor freight, at least you can use the warranty.

Évité ce produit, mauvais conception. La hose a pression brise et fuit apres 2 mois ( 20 utilisations approximative). Beaucoup de gens ont repertorié le meme problème j'aurai du les ecoutés. Maintenant je suis pris avec un machine defectueuse. Car la compagnie offre un service apres vente mediocre et inexistant, il sont actif sur lea reseaux sociaux cependant lorsque s'est le temp d'honorer leur garantie cela tarde enormement, le numero de service a la clientele ne repond jamais, fait 3 semaines que j'ai fournis tout les renseignement demandé par courriel par leur agent et depuis aucun retour avec plusieurs relance. Evité cette compagnie.

Works great so far and totally beats wrapping up a normal pressure washer hose each time youre done. Be aware of the backplate spacing if mounting on a framed wall as the holes were not spaced apart the same distance as my walls studs. Luckily I had one 4x6 master stud conveniently placed for my garage ceiling beam that I was able to mount it to.

THE HOSE RUPTURED. ORDERED NEW HOSE AND DID NOT WORK OUT. THE HOSE WAS RUPTURED AT THE PART THAT WAS GOING INTO THE UNIT. PRODUCT GETS USED ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH AND WE HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCTUPDATE: COMPANY HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN ASEKD FOR PICTURES OF THE ISSUE SO THEY CAN WORK ON A SOLUTION FOR ISSUE. THEY ARE REPLACING PRODUCT.

I am a diehard "Car Guy" and detail my cars frequently.This is the perfect solution, it easy to use, easy to set up and cuts detail time in half. I live in South Florida so I have to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk at least four times a year as well. The 100-ft hose comes in handy and it is a pleasure to use and retracts quickly. Prep time is zero and clean up time is only a few minutes to retract and stow. I purchased a soap cannon control switch that allows me to switch between foam and rinse water with the flip of switch. The price could be a little bit better on the unit but you can't put a price on convenience and ease of use. Pressure and flow is on par with electric similar pressure washers but will never compete with gas versions. It works really well and only time will tell the tale with regard to longevity and reliability. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend the unit to those who are committed to a clean car as well as ease with regard to home maintenance chores.
