Edit: even though this product did not work for the flattop grill at our restaurant, it worked excellent on my bosses Blackstone after he messes around with it. I'm amazed by the customer service of this company, they reached out and offered a full refund, but I couldn't take their money. When you purchase a new product there is always a chance it won't meet your expectations, but I can't fault the company or the product. It worked, just not on our restaurant flattop. So I will be changing my review to 5 stars because it helped my boss and the company has amazing customer service!I'm not sure if the grill we use at work is too hot or what, but I followed the directions and I used almost a full bottle in one clean just for it to not work. It evaporated too quickly, it left a weird residue even after wiping it off, I ended up just using oil and a grill brick in the end. The bottle leaks no matter how tight the lid is on. Glad I only spent $20 though, we were just looking for a cheaper option because the stuff we like is $80+, but we're just going to stick to that because this really didn't help clean the grill.

I do not often write a review, but I couldn't help myself this time. I purchased this when we bought our home three years ago that has a beautiful gas range with a large griddle. I eventually ran out of the cleaner and decided that I could Pinterest other options of cleaning my griddle. Boy was I wrong! Any other option involves multiple steps, not to mention having to also use an oil to keep it from discoloring. Not with this product. It is fast, easy and the griddle looks beautiful when I'm done. I will not be without it again!

Worked ok, not as well as I had hoped. But with a little extra scrubbing I got the last bit of stuff off my grill

So I was a little scared after reading the reviews to use this on my brand new Wolf griddle. So I followed the directions exactly. IT WORKS. I will maybe try another brand for comparison but I have used it maybe four times now and it does the job. It doesn’t smell and it’s straight forward. I even accidentally put it on once when the grill was to hit and it instantly boiled. I thought I’d end up with one of these stains people are posting. So far so good.

Wanted to clean home griddle. Had used packets on commercial kitchen griddle but didnt think i needed that for the home. Was I wrong. This product did absolutely nothing to clean my griddle. used as directed. Do not buy. Total waste of $$.
