Not only did these look awesome in my kitchen, their customer service was also excellent. There was a missing part in the original order for which we were unable to install one of the handles. I emailed them and literally the next day I heard back from them saying that they would ship not only the missing part but an entirely new set to me overnight. I had it the next day which is a feat because I live all the way in Honolulu. My plumber installed it without a problem and now I have a very classy looking kitchen. The handles work very nicely and the font they use for "hot" and "cold" reminds me of that of a vintage European hotel.

I like it, however just four stars because there is no screw to attach it, just plastic inserts. installation is very easy, just one push, but lets see how long it will last

returned... they were ordered for a wall mounted tub set but the wall mounted tub set was for a sink and had to be returned.. handles would have been perfect if the trim set would have been correct
