I have been trying for MONTHS to get Gasland to send me a missing rotisserie cradle for this oven. They sent me a box of electrical parts that I have no use for.I have called every week and I get customer service people who blame it on the warehouse people who then just create a shipping label for tracking purposes. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS NO PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED.SO, DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. I got ripped off and now I have this shiny rotisserie fork that I can’t use. It is August and I bought this in February 2022.

Just got it installed this week our contractor installed Looks great I will say one thing their customer service is great. Before I made my purchase I had lots of question. Like size of cooking space. Top and bottom burners.. They even went as far as measuring the inside of the oven for me, took pictures of the top and bottom burners. Hidden bottom burner had me stumped. They sold me on the oven. I sent them an email and ask them what if I had shipping problems they said just to let them know they would be there for me with any problems. I did purchase the extra warrantee. If this oven is half as good as their customer service I will be happy. customer service is the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They have even gave me cooking tips and venting tips.

During a storm the power flickered off and then right back on. This oven tripped requiring a reset. The problem is the reset button in on the back of this wall oven. The oven had to be removed from the wall to reset. This is not a reasonable solution and therefore unacceptable. The company guarantee is one year so after confirming the oven had been properly installed the company agreed the be returned for a refund.No refund has been received. Amazon knows nothing of the oven being returned to the company. The company says our refund will come from Amazon. Bad choice in product. Bad use of money.

I'm very satisfied with this wall oven. I placed it in a rental unit below an induction range. I love the killswitch feauture that ensures it will not be left on by accident. So far so good. It was simple to install with our 50A wires that share with the 220V cooktop.

I've cooked 40+ years in electric ovens. This oven climbs to temp slow but steady and holds a very constant temperature. Had issues emailing the company, but did get in touch with them. They had changed their email server and messages weren't getting thru. We have a tight kitchen, and steel cabinets. This unit it small enough to accommodate the opening with out cutting the steel cabinet. Straight forward and simple to install and use.March 2020 update - door gasket broke. I e-mail Gasland Chef, they responded the next business day. I sent them a pix of the gasket, and have received confirmation that a replacement is on the way. There customer service e-mailed and called me to give a status of the part. All products will have issues from time to time. What's important is getting in touch with the company and the service received after the sale. Their customer service has been very responsive, polite and professional.

Good product. It's worked well for us so far and looks nice. Especially at it's price point.If you're installing in a space for an older wall oven, you'll likely have to adjust the space as this is shorter in height than older ovens. I also found the knobs a little unintuitive at first but have gotten used to everything.
