Alignment plate and injector adapters are used for proper removal of high pressure injectors.

Fuel Injector Locating Key
Insert the fuel injector locating key at the top of the fuel injector. Lift the locking key upwards and then rotate the locating key by 90 degrees.

Alignment Plate Fixing Screws&A Matching 5-wrench
Use the 5-wrench to install/remove the fixing screws for fixing the alignment plate.

Distance Gauge
Not using the gauge may result incracks on the weld seam of the injector! The thickness is 8.5mm. If the actual value drops below this dimenslon, the distance gauge needs to be renewed.

It works but I did have some issue threading it initially as there was some burr in some threads that I was able to clear out and a light coat of light oil to help thread the fuel injector. I was able to remove the BMW injects with less effort.

This fuel injector removal and install tool kit is quite nice. Comes with a blue carrying case so everything is organized and portable. Quality of the tool is very good, with good coating and finish. Fits great so good precision. Beautiful set of tool kit to work on the BMW B36, B38 and B48 engines.
