This is made of a TPU type material with some flex. The fit is tight against the key and the cover is well made. Despite being a flexible material the initial finish looked like it was glass. Very glossy and nice looking.The only thing I am not totally happy with is the durability of the finish. Some parts of the gold trim have scraped or flaked off without much use. It also took some time to get the case on properly. I set off my car alarm doing it. Overall my wife is very happy with this.

The key chain is very poorly made. I stretched it to fit the key itself but it was not flexible enough to go back to itself, it is very loose now and cant lock-in.The keychain rubbed onto the cover and damaged the new cover. Disappointment.

Aside from being incredibly frustrating to jam the car remote into this case, it's shockingly nice.It does fit well - and to be honest, the difficulty of 'getting it in' is outweighed by the look and feel and 'secure-ness' of the case once it's in there. I've had other flexible-rubber-cases that are on the looser side, and they tend to pick up dust/grit due to the small gaps between the case and the remote, which makes them looser still, and feel grimy after a few weeks. This unit is like a molded skin with a hermetic seal. It's so tight I needed a phone-case shim to get the last bit into it (it's never coming off, lol) but because of that, it now feels like the remote came with this instead of the original case. It's got just enough 'squish' to feel comfortable in your hand, like a high quality phone case. It's not OVERLY shiny in gold, just a little bit of trim to look a bit fancy. Really really like this one, quite a good remote case here.
