When I purchased a Master Suspension Rebuild Kit from A-Resto-parts.com, it came incomplete. Instead of sending me all the correct, vehicle specific parts, they sent a random set of Sway Bar Bushings. As a result, they are way to large to be installed on the vehicle. When I contacted Andersen they indicated they knew that the bushings were the correct ones. They offered me a set of rubber bushings, which is what I just took off the car and spent my hard earned money to replace! Why would I pay for an entire Polyurethane kit then accept rubber as a replacement. Or they could refund me $25 which is almost $15 less than it cost for me to buy the missing parts I needed. I pointed out that I PAID Andersen for the shipping and tax on the ENTIRE order. Why should I pay more than I already have because Andersen decided I didn't really need ALL the right parts. Finally, I could remove all the parts I already installed and return the entire kit for a refund. Forget about the 3 days I spent prepping and clear gloss coating all the metal parts multiple times. We falsely indicated we were selling you the right parts so you get to do the job twice. Andersen is acting like the parts are somehow interchangeable or I should be willing to hack them up to make them fit after spending almost $400 to buy the parts.

ALL PARTS ADVERTISED WERE INCLUDED IN THE KIT. IT ARRIVED ON TIME, ALL PARTS FIT. VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. I jumper the gun a bit with this review.... one of the tie rod adjusting sleeves was defective, and I had to purchase one locally to re-assemble the steering mechanism.
