The window installation kit that came with the AC doesn't fit if you have a window sill. The connector is straight, not offset so it hits the window sill.I ordered this kit from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TZY271J?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

This is not a 3 in 1. It does not have heat. Only a/c and dehumidifier.

Returned item. Not the easiest install. Hopefully you don’t have custom sized windows or will need to cut plastic piece to size and make duct fit to the window without issues from it pulling it down or away so it stays flesh with window

This unit is a 2 in 1, with cooling and dehumidification. It does not have a heating feature as described.

Extremely upset that i bought this specifically because it was supposed to have heat and air conditioning. I just tried to use the heat and apparently i wasted my money buying this thing that wasn't what it said it was!! A lot of money wasted!! Extremely unhappy as i bought this to heat my home also!!!
